1. Agreement Overview

By booking or receiving services from Everclean Cleaning Co. ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("the Customer") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Scope of Work

We provide professional window cleaning services, including:

• Interior and exterior window washing
  
  

• Screen and track cleaning
  
  

• Optional services such as detailing and hard water stain removal
  
  

• Use of eco-friendly cleaning products
  
  

3. Use of Customer Water Supply

• We will use the customer’s water supply during service. Please ensure outdoor faucets or hose access is available and in working condition.
  
  

• This helps us keep costs low and service efficient.
  
  

• If water access is unavailable, the service may be rescheduled or incur a service fee.
  
  

4. Use of Equipment & Safety Measures

• We use professional-grade tools such as ladders, squeegees, poles, and microfiber cloths.
  
  

• Every precaution is taken to work safely and cleanly. We will do our best to minimize water runoff or mess.
  
  

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Everclean Cleaning Co. is not liable for pre-existing conditions including cracked glass, loose screens, damaged frames, or water leakage due to poor sealing.
  
  

• We are not responsible for damage caused by water entering through faulty windows, deteriorated trim, or other structural issues.
  
  

• Customers are responsible for moving or protecting any sensitive items near window areas.
  
  

6. Access Requirements

• Please ensure that pets are secured and all windows to be cleaned are accessible.
  
  

• We require access to outdoor water and any locked areas necessary to complete the work.
  
  

• Inaccessible or unsafe work conditions may result in rescheduling.
  
  

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

8. Cancellations

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  
  

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to service may incur a $15 fee.
  
  

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with our service, contact us within 48 hours of completion. We’ll do our best to make it right.

10. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By hiring Everclean Cleaning Co., you agree to the above terms and give permission for us to use your water supply and access designated areas for cleaning.
